• QC/Technical Support
We have built an excellent QC group consisted of 23 experienced technicians. We do inspect production processes in-house.
• IQC All incoming materials are inspected on site and bath numbered to ensure the quality is acceptable. For fabric checking, 4 point grading system is adopted.
• PQC
There is quality control after every process. In line inspections are carried out in the percentage of 100%.
• FQC
Every finished product is inspected by trained QC persons before packaging. End of line inspections are carried out in the percentage of 100%.
Quality assurance
• FRI (Final Random Inspection) is performed by QA people when an order is finished. We adopt the most widely used standard Mil-Std-105 E, general level II, 0 for Critical, 1.5 for Major and 4.0 for Minor.
• All SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) and criteria are established by QA Department. Testing
• Metal Detection
A broken needle procedure is adopted and a needle control sheet is used, furthermore, all products are 100% metal detected before packaging to ensure the safety.
• Fabric and Stitching Testing
Fabric and stitching testing are carried out by third party testing companies such as SGS, ITS.
• Packaging Testing
Packaging testing is performed in house by QA/QC persons.
